Mosaic of Elgin Hill uses Connelly Management (Connelly) to manage our property.  Please note that urgent matters (fire, flood, etc.) will take priority over non-emergency items (visitor parking permits, pets, noise complaints, etc.).

Connelly is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.  They are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.  They have an emergency line (403-228-1557) for emergencies only.   If the issue is not deemed an emergency, associated costs for utilizing the line will be charged back to the unit.
