Mosaic of Elgin Hill uses Connelly Management (Connelly) to manage our property. Please note that urgent matters (fire, flood, etc.) will take priority over non-emergency items (visitor parking permits, pets, noise complaints, etc.).
Connelly is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. They are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. They have an emergency line (403-228-1557) for emergencies only.

If this is a fire, contact 911 prior to contacting the emergency line. Contact the emergency line and follow the prompts. If the issue is not deemed an emergency, associated costs for utilizing the line will be charged back to the unit.

The Board of Directors (BOD) breaks for the summer from July - August of each year and is off during the Christmas/New Year timeframe.
The BOD is a volunteer group of persons living in the complex. The email is not monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emails received after 4:00 pm, on weekends or on a statutory holiday will be reviewed the next business day.
