Attached is the notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 7:00 pm virtually via a Zoom meeting. As this is a virtual meeting, pre-registration is required. Zoom meeting details will be sent after Owner verification has been completed by Connelly Management. Please email Greg Birrell @ to RSVP. Owners will need to provide the following information to Greg to verify:

· Owners on Title name(s)

· Full address of unit

· Phone number

· Email address on file

Deadline to pre-register: 4:00 pm on Monday, November 22, 2021.

ONLY Owners in good standing (up-to-date on their fees) are eligible to vote.

As this is a virtual meeting, the Board of Directors encourages your attendance and participation in helping to direct your community so that Mosaic of Elgin Hill continues to be a pleasant place to live. We have attached the following (please bring these with you to the meeting):

1. Notice of the Annual General Meeting

2. Proxy & Nomination Form

3. Draft Minutes of last year’s AGM dated September 25, 2019. Due to Covid-19, there was no AGM meeting held in 2020.

4. Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2021

The Corporation Bylaws requires ¼ of the Owners to be represented in order to establish quorum for the meeting. If you are unable to attend, please complete the attached proxy and send it to Greg Birrell @ or the Board of Directors at

Please consider allowing your name to stand for the Board of Directors. It is an excellent opportunity to get more involved in the administration of the Condominium Corporation.
