Please be advised that the Condominium Corporation is in charge of maintaining

Condo plumbing system located in your unit. “MeterCor” has sent out a communication earlier this month indicating the water meters need to be exchanged as per the maintenance program. Units listed above mustcontact Darla Connolly @ 403-215-2701 to book an appointment immediately.

Although we hope that this does not occur, a locksmith will be hired to gain access to your unit in the event that arrangements have not been made to allow MeterCor the required access and all charges incurred will be added to your account.

During the meter exchange, there may be a brief water outage to the units within that block. We ask all Residents to make preparations should you require water during that time period. A schedule as to when the outage will occur is on the calendar on the website and it will be updated as required.
