2020 - 2021 Operating and Replacement Reserve Budget

The 2020 – 2021 approved budget together with a breakdown of the monthly & annual portion assessed to each unit was sent out on April 1, 2020. Effective May 1, 2020, the condo fees will increase to $267.00 for the fiscal year May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021. The increase is to cover increases to insurance premiums, reserve fund contributions and to cover the cost of inflation.

As your Board of Directors have decided to change Property Management Companies, you will need to forward new banking information to Connelly & Company Management Ltd at 204, 2723 – 37 Avenue NE, Calgary AB T1Y 5R8. Personal banking information is not transferred between Management companies. Please use the attached pre-authorized banking form and forward it to Connelly, attention to Greg Birrell. You can email your completed pre-authorize payment form to: greg@connelymanagement.com.

If you do not with to be on Pre-Authorized Payments please provide the Connelly with post-dated cheques in the amount of $267.00 from May 1, 2020 to April 1, 2021 payable to Mosaic of Elgin Hill and forward them to the address listed above. Please ensure your unit number is clearly marked on each cheque.

Effective May 1, 2020, Connelly & Company will be taking over as the Property Management company for our complex. Greg Birrell will be the new Property Manager and his details are below. Please see the budget package for further information.
