All the food and yard waste you put in your green cart is turned into nutrient-rich compost. Visit the Calgary Compost Facility to pick up free compost (while supplies last) to use in your flower beds, gardens and more.
Calgarians can pick up to 100 litres per vehicle and will need to hand load the compost. Please bring a shovel, containers and tarp to cover your load when you leave. For residents only.
Dates: Saturday, May 5, 12, 19, and 26
Hours: 9 am - 3 pm
