To whom it may concern:

It has been two years since we have asked for owner updates. As per the by-laws of the Corporation as well as the Condominium act:

Duties of the Owners Bylaws:

MEH 3 h) pertaining to Duties of the Owners where an Owner shall:

h) notify the Corporation forthwith upon any change of ownership or of any mortgage or other dealing in connection with his Unit;

Province of Alberta – Condominium Property Act, Chapter C-22 as of March 15, 2012:

Section 2 of Section 33, Appendix 1 pertaining to Duties of the Owner:

2 d) An owner shall notify the corporation forthwith of

i) Any change in the ownership of the unit, or

ii) Any mortgage registered against the unit

Please ensure all attached forms are completely filled out and send them back to both Montgomery Ross @ jeanpaul.bachand@montgoemryross.ca as well as the Board @ info@mosaicofelginhill.com.
