Weeding and Landscaping – 2016 Season

The landscaping crew will be starting the Spring cleanup in preparation for the upcoming season. A part of the maintenance will be spraying of herbicide and the continual weeding/landscaping inside the fenced patio area of each unit. The spraying of herbicide is to curb the weeds from getting out of control throughout the season.

As some Residents have indicated they prefer to do their own gardening and weeding, the Board requires that you answer the following questionnaire to advise us if this is your preference.

We require your response no later than end of day on Friday, May 6, 2016. If we do not hear from you, it will be assumed that you would like the landscaping crew to spray herbicide and continue weeding/landscaping throughout the season inside the patio area of your unit.
