With the holiday season fast approaching, the Board would like to remind residents that any guest/visitor whose length of stay will be greater than the four (4) permitted times per month, the resident is required to register the guest/visitor to avoid revocation of the permit based on abuse and/or towing of the guest/visitor vehicle at the owner's expense.
The permit must be clearly displayed (hanging in the rearview mirror with tag number in visible sight) and needs to be displayed 24 hours. Please review the Parking Policy. Guest vehicle registration forms are located on the website under Documents --> Visitor Parking. The form is fillable and once completed, can be saved and emailed to the Board. Please note that there may be a delay in response so please make sure the form has been submitted well in advance of your guest arriving (at least 3 business days). A confirmation email will be sent to you once the form has been processed.
