NOTICE OF AGM - September 30, 2015

To all OWNERS:

Attached is the notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the McKenzie Towne Hall. Please mark your calendar now and plan to attend your community meeting. The Board of Directors encourages your participation in helping to direct your community so that Mosaic of Elgin Hill continues to be a pleasant place to live.

We have attached the following:

  1. Notice of the Annual General Meeting

  2. Proxy & Nomination Form

  3. Draft Minutes of last year’s AGM dated September 22, 2014

  4. Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year end April 30, 2015. Please bring these to the AGM with you.

The Corporation Bylaws requires ¼ of the Owners to be represented in order to hold the meeting. If you are unable to attend, please complete the attached proxy and send it along with a Board Member or neighbour who is attending. The form is fillable so you can also email the completed form into the Board at info@mosaicofelginhill.com.

Also, please consider allowing your name to stand for the Board of Directors. It is an excellent opportunity to get more involved in the administration of the Condominium Corporation.

Reminder: ONLY Owners in good standing (up to date on their condominium fees) are eligible to vote.
