With the holiday season fast approaching, the Board would like to remind residents that any guest/visitor whose length of stay will be greater than four (4) stays, the resident is required to register the guest/visitor to avoid revocation of the permit based on abuse and/or towing of the guest/visitor vehicle at the owner's expense.
The permit must be clearly displayed (hanging in the rear view mirror with tag number in visible sight - not on the dashboard) and needs to be displayed 24 hours. Please review the Parking Policy. Guest vehicle registration forms are located on the website under Documents --> Visitor Parking. The form is fillable and once completed, can be saved and emailed to the Board. Please note that there may be a delay in response so please make sure the form has been submitted well in advance of your guest arriving (at least 3 business days). A confirmation email will be sent to you once the form has been processed.
