Water has been turned on for the affected units (65, 69, 73, 77, 81, 85, 89). Source of water issue is still unknown although it is suspected to be an underground water main break.
Currently, there is a specialist on-site to investigate. Based on the outcome of the investigation, there may need to be road construction in the near future. If this is the case, the Board will assist in providing parking for the displaced residents' vehicles immediately affected by the construction. In the interim, residents' are encouraged to seek alternate paths to enter/exit out of the complex.
Possible units affected if road construction is required: 77, 81, 84, 85, 88, 89. The Board will provide an update as soon as it is made available.
