Air Conditioning Policy Update

Owners/Residents had requested that the Board review the Air Conditioning Policy as the previous policy was unclear. The Board has completed the review and have updated the policy to reflect Owners who wish to install a permanent air conditioning unit and those who with to have a portable/temporary unit.
The new Air Conditioning Policy have been updated under Resources for your review and reference. Please note that Board approval is required for any installation of a permanent air conditioning unit; otherwise, the Board can request that it be removed at the Owner's expense.
The old Air Conditioning Policy is attached for your reference only. The new policy is effective immediately.
