Annual General Meeting (AGM) - September 22, 2014 @ 7:00 pm

The Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2014 at the McKenzie Towne Hall located at 40 McKenzie Towne Blvd. SE (by the traffic circle). It will begin at 7:00 pm in the Elgin Room. Please note that Owners in good standing will be able to vote at the AGM. Tenants are not allowed to attend the AGM as this meeting is for Owners in good standing (condo fees, etc. are current).

Packages have been mailed out to Resident Owners and Non-Resident Owners on Friday, September 5, 2014 and includes:

    • Notice of the Annual General Meeting

    • Proxy & Nomination Form

    • Draft Minutes of last year's AGM dated October 7, 2013

    • Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year end April 30, 2014

A copy of the Invitation Letter and the Notice of AGM have been attached for your reference. The other documents are considered confidential to the Owners and have not been posted. Please review them when you receive your package in the mail and bring them with you. If you do not receive the package by September 17, 2014, please contact the Board of Directors or Dawn Ker @ Montgomery Ross and they can email it to you.

If you are unable to attend, please complete the proxy and send it along with a Board Member or neighbor who is attending. If no name is filled in the proxy appointing a delegate to vote on your behalf, the President will be the default.

NOTE: PHOTO ID with address is required at registration to verify Owner.
