The new visitor parking pass will become effective September 1, 2013 as will the new visitor parking policy. Please review the policy and ensure that you are aware of the new policy. In order for you to receive your new parking pass, you will need to:
Bring your current pass to swap for the new one (if you currently have a pass)
Bring your completed (in full) Resident Registration form
If you do not have a current pass, you will also need to bring $10 to purchase the new pass
Anyone without the new pass on September 1, 2013 or seen displaying an old pass will be towed immediately at the owner's expense. Visitor parking is meant for visitors. Any residents found parked in visitors parking at anytime will be towed immediately at the owner's expense. No exceptions. It is unfortunate that a handful will ruin it for everyone but we need to abide by the Bylaws and Policies within the complex. Please report any abuse to the Board so the offenders can be dealt with accordingly which may include revoking the unit's visitor parking pass and fines.
Below are the dates and times when the new pass will be available for pick up. The new pass can be picked up in the centre court area of the complex (the gazebo). Please remember that the pass will only be issued if the above conditions are met. There is only one visitor pass per unit.
Sunday, August 18, 2013 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm
Monday, August 19, 2013 from 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Wednesday, August 21, 2013 from 7:30 - 8:30 pm
