The insurance certificate has been renewed by Renfrew Insurance for the Condominium complex for the period of October 31, 2013 - October 31, 2014. Along with receiving this certificate, Owners would have also received a letter from the Board of Directors in regards to winterizing their units for the winter and a violation fines list for Owners/Tenants, Parking, and Pets.
