2022 - 2023 Operating & Reserve Fund Budget

The 2022 - 2023 approved budget together with a breakdown of the monthly & annual portion assessed to each unit was sent out on April 1, 2022. Effective May 1, 2022, the condo fees will increase to $305.00 for the fiscal year May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023. The increase in the budget is mainly due to increases in insurance premiums, Reserve Fund contributions and to cover the cost of inflation.

If you are on pre-authorized plan, the new fees will automatically be debited out of your account on May 1, 2022. If you are not on the pre-authorized payment plan, please use the attached pre-authorized banking form and forward it to Connelly, attention to Greg Birrell. You can email your completed preauthorize payment form to: greg@connelymanagement.com.

If you do not want to be on pre-authorized payments, please provide the Connelly with postdated cheques in the amount of $305.00 from May 1, 2022 to April 1, 2023 payable to Mosaic of Elgin Hill Condo Corporation #0411273 and forward them to the address listed below. Please ensure your unit number is clearly marked on each cheque.
