Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning

Please be advised that A Touch of Glass will be at your property from June 21 – 24, 2016 to pressure wash the exterior and clean the windows not accessible to Residents (exterior only).

Please remember to remove the screens from your windows or they cannot be washed. Also please ensure all windows and doors are closed and items are removed from balconies. Please place screens nicely in the patio area by the steps to allow a treatment to be done to screens. This is a new service offered this year.

Kindly move any personal items away from the walls on the exterior of your unit to allow for safe and easy access for the contractor and to minimize the opportunity for damage to your personal possessions, which the Contractor nor the Board will be held liable for.

Some outside taps will be used. We regret to inform Owners that no reimbursement for the use of this water will be forth coming.

This job is weather dependent, if this should happen, the cleaning will be completed immediately as weather permits. Owners who do not reside on site will need to inform their Tenants. Thank you.
