Weeding in complex - your response is required

There have been a lot of weeds this year within the complex. As a mitigation process, the landscaping crew is proposing to spray herbicide inside the patio area in hopes of getting rid of the weeds or at least bring it down to a minimal. On a go forward basis, the landscaping crew will also only be weeding in units that have requested this to be completed as some Residents have indicated they prefer to do their own gardening.
What the Board requires from you is to notify us if you would the landscaping crew to:
spray herbicide inside the patio area of your unit (yes/no)
continue weeding throughout the season inside the patio area of your unit (yes/no)
Please provide us with your preference by answering the questionnaire so we can put it on the list for the landscaping crew. We require your response no later than end of day on Friday, June 13, 2014. If we do not hear from you, it will be assumed that you do not wish the landscaping crew to spray herbicide nor continue weeding throughout the season inside the patio area of your unit.
