The complex is comprised of 149 townhouses and is situated in the SW corner of McKenzie Towne. The complex borders Deerfoot Trail on the West, Marquis of Lorne Trail SE (22X) to the South, 52 Street SE to the East, and Elgin Way SE to the North. Annual cleaning (window washing, roadway cleanup, etc.), AGM meeting dates, project timelines, etc.

Items which pertain to all residents within the complex - AGM meeting date and location, new policies, letters sent to Owners, upcoming projects, surveys, etc.
